Organization Chart
BBPL functions under the guidance of the Shareholders and the Board of Directors. The Managing Director is the overall in charge of the management and is directly responsible for the daily operation of the company. He is accountable to the Board for any support, guidance and important decisions.

About the Company

Bhutan Board Products Ltd (BBPL) is a Royal Government of Bhutan undertaking incorporated under the Companies Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan, set up in 1982. Today,  Its stakeholders comprise of Royal Government of Bhutan, financial institutions and private companies and individuals.

Bhutan Board is into manufacturing of Graded Wood Particle Board with the state-of-the art Technology of Siempelkamp, Germany and Ready-To-Assemble Furniture (RTAF) with the technology of Coimal, Italy.

Bhutan Board conform to IS 3087:2005 (Wood Particle-Mediem Density) and IS 12823 :2015 (Prelaminated Particle Board) of  BHUTAN STANDARD BUREAU (BSB) Certificate Nos. CPC-R2(89)/2021/0162 and CPC-R2(89)/2021/0163.
